Two New Members in November 2006

The Cambodian students at CNU celebrated a small dinner party for two new members on Sunday, November 19, 2006. Mr. Moeun Morn and Miss Khun Keasa are new members of CNU-CSA. All Cambodian students at CNU are very happy and welcome them as new member of CNU-CSA.

A Party for Mr. Khay Sathya and his wife

There are many people joined a dinner party for Mr. Khay Sathya and his wife on August 15, 2006 such as professor Dr. Joon-keun Park, Mr. Suck-bong Kim, Mr. Sun Woo Choi, Shinan Church's members, foreigner students and Cambodian students at CNU. Professor Dr. Joon-keun Park, Mr. Suck-bong Kim and Mr. Sun-woo Choi celebrated the party for Mr. Khay Sathya and his wife because he just got married last month in Cambodia.

Dinner Party for Dr. Chhay Kongkea

There are many people joined a dinner party for Dr. Chhay Kongkea on July 17, 2006 such as professor Dr. Joon-keun Park, Mr. Suck-bong Kim, Mr. Sun Woo Choi, Shinan Church's members, foreigner students and Cambodian students at CNU. Professor Dr. Joon-keun Park, Dean of College of Agriculture and Life Scices, Mr. Suck-bong Kim, Mr. Sun Woo Choi, and Shinan Church's members celebrated this party for Dr. Chhay Kongkea because he has been finished Ph. D study at CNU and is going back to Cambodia on July 19, 2006.

There are many people joined a dinner party for Mr. Khay Sathya on June 27, 2006 including professor Dr. Joon-keun Park, Mr. Suck-bong Kim, Some Shinan Church's members, foreigner students and Cambodian students at CNU. Professor Dr. Joon-keun Park, Dean of College of Agriculture and Life Scices, Mr. Suck-bong Kim, and Shinan Church's members celebrated this party and gave the gifts to Mr. Khay Sathya because he is going to get married on July 5, 2006 in Cambodia. Mr. Khay Sathya and Mr. Chea Sopheak Makara left Korea on June 28, 2006. They will come back to Korea next month.

CNU-CSA gave the prize to the Cambodian winners

There are six Cambodian students won the medal from the International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) in Indonesia, hold on December 4-13, 2005. The Cambodian students at CNU gave the prize of US$230 for their encouragement via Koh Santepheap Daily.

Professor Dr. Joon-keun Park has received a medal

Professor Dr. Joon-keun Park has received a medal from the Royal Government of Cambodia on May 31, 2006 at the Royal University of Agriculture, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Professor Dr. Park is a Dean of College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Chonnam National University, South Korea. We, Cambodian students at CNU, are very happy and say congratulate him for this medal award.
