The Cambodian Student Association (CNU-CSA) at Chonnam National University is very happy and congratulates Dr. Chhay Kongkea (alumnus of CNU-CSA) for his position as vice dean of Faculty of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, Royal University of Agriculture (RUA) in Cambodia, and Mr. Huon Thavrak (vice president of CNU-CSA) for his position as vice dean of Graduate School of RUA in Cambodia. Dr. Chhay Kongkea and Mr. Huon Thavrak have been appointed since December 6th, 2007 by H.E.
